Order Processing & Production Time
Because our products are customized to your exact specifications, your total delivery timeline consists of production time plus transit time. Standard printing and corporate giveaways typically require five to seven business days for production, while custom packaging and bulk orders may take ten to fourteen business days depending on design approvals and order volume. Please note that orders are not processed, manufactured, or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery Timelines & Shipping Rates
We provide secure delivery nationwide across Pakistan. Shipping charges for your bulk orders are calculated based on the total weight and dimensions of the shipment, and these rates will be displayed at checkout or detailed directly on your formal invoice. For clients located in Lahore, transit usually takes one to two business days post-production. Deliveries to major hubs like Karachi and Islamabad take three to five business days, while remote areas require five to seven business days.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
As soon as your shipment leaves our facility, our team will send you a confirmation message or email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery directly through our logistics partner’s portal. We take great pride in our strict quality control and secure packaging to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
Damages & Quality Issues
If your shipment arrives damaged during transit, please contact our team within twenty-four to forty-eight hours of delivery. Kindly provide clear photographs of the damaged packaging and items so we can immediately review the issue and arrange a priority replacement or reprint.
